I’ve been consistently using this oil for a couple months now, so I’m here to tell you how amazing it is! I apply about 1 tbsp to my scalp for an hour 5-7 days a week before my hot yoga class and shampoo my scalp twice afterwards. I recommend using an oil distributor that you can get from Amazon to apply it evenly. I had a balding spot on the side of my head that now has a bunch of baby hairs regrowing back. I have way less fall out when I brush my hair, less frizz, thickness, and my dandruff is non existent anymore. I used to really struggle with dandruff (like if I brushed my hair there would be white flecks all over my shirt). I have zero dandruff now. My scalp is the most hydrated and healthiest it’s ever been. The consistency is thick, so I use it as a treatment oil.
